Job Title: ACP Social Media Enrollment Representative (Remote - MD, NJ, NC, SC, KY, OH)

Overview:

Freeway Wireless LLC is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as ACP Social Media Enrollment Representatives. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in promoting the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and facilitating enrollment for eligible individuals across Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio. This unique opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on low-income families' access to free internet and tablets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Outreach:

   • Utilize various social media platforms to engage with potential beneficiaries.

   • Develop and implement social media strategies to effectively reach low-income families, particularly those on Medicaid, SNAP, Section 8, WIC, and SSI.

2. Community Engagement:

   • Participate in online forums and groups to promote ACP benefits.

   • Build relationships with community members to foster trust and encourage enrollment.

3. Promotion and Education:

   • Effectively communicate the benefits of the ACP, emphasizing free internet and tablet programs for eligible participants.

   • Address inquiries and provide accurate information to interested individuals.

4. Targeted Demographic Outreach:

   • Focus on reaching individuals aged 18 and above who qualify for ACP benefits.

   • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and eligibility criteria.

5. Personal Equipment:

   • Must possess personal equipment (computer, smartphone) for remote work.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and online community engagement.

• Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.

• Knowledge of ACP eligibility criteria and guidelines is a plus.
